American Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for DVISD Hornsby-Dunlap Elementary & Smith Elementary requests proposals for all trades.
Two New 103,000 sf elementary schools for Del Valle ISD. Each campus building to be constructed is approximately 103,000 sf. New campus building shall be constructed on the existing, active campus site. Upon building completion and owner move-in, existing buildings will be demolished. The owner of this project is a tax exempt entity. This project has prevailing wage rates.
Proposals are due Wednesday, January 27th at 2:00 pm. Proposals may be emailed to estimating@americanconstructors.com or mailed/delivered to American Constructors at 11900 West Parmer Lane, Suite 200, Cedar Park, TX 78613, or submitted via fax to (512) 328-2520.
