New ~179,346 sf middle school for Georgetown ISD similar to the recently built Huckabee prototype design, located on the site shared with upcoming ES#12 at the intersection of Patriot Way & Patriot View Parkway (near Toll 130) in Georgetown, TX. Current design is primarily ICF & CMU construction with a two-story floor plan and Class A steel with CMU & metal stud framing in some areas. Exterior finish consists of metal wall panels and brick/stone veneer. Pkg-02 work includes remaining sitework not previously bid in Pkg-01 as well as typical building construction scopes.
