American Constructors is the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Bastrop Intermediate & Cedar Creek Intermediate School Conversions Pkg 2: All Trades. The project is conversion of intermediate schools to middle schools. Work includes select demolition and renovation of existing campus buildings, additions of Classrooms, Fine Arts, and Athletics buildings, and constructing track, field, and tennis court facilities. Renovation work includes reconfiguring science lab classrooms, upgrades to existing gyms, new finishes, ceilings, and installation of fire sprinkler system. The schools to be converted to middle schools are:
Bastrop Intermediate School – 509 Old Austin Hwy, Bastrop, TX 78602 & Cedar Creek Intermediate School – 151 Voss Parkway, Cedar Creek, TX 78612
Proposals are due Wednesday, June 26, 2024 @ 2:00 pm (CDT)
