The project is a new 509,950 square foot, 2-story primarily tilt wall facility split into two buildings plus site athletics and ancillary/outbuildings located on an ~93 acre site near the intersection of Darden Hill Road & Sawyer Ranch Road adjacent to the existing Cypress Springs Elementary school in Driftwood, TX. The main buildings consist of primarily insulated or structural backup tilt wall exterior construction with some metal stud framing with CMU and stud framed interior walls. Exterior finish consists of exposed-stained concrete, concrete formliner patterns, metal wall panels and brick/stone veneer. This package includes ONLY earthwork, utilities, erosion control, and masonry site retaining wall scope.
