American Constructors is the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Bastrop ISD Elementary #9 school (Pkg 2): All Trades. The project is a new 106,375 square foot, 2-story tilt wall building. The floor plan consists of primarily insulated tilt wall exterior construction with some metal stud framing. Exterior finish consists of thin brick, concrete formliner patterns, metal wall panels and brick/stone veneer. This package EXCLUDES work previously bid & awarded for electrical switchgear purchase and structural steel materials. Estimated start date is May/June 2024 with completion date of June/July 2025.
