Provide new DDC/BAS/EMCS control system at six campuses. Control upgrades to include exterior lighting control and automatic temperature control in a web-based, BACNet Native/Compatible, non-proprietary software. Bidders shall use existing HVAC Audit to identify equipment for each campus.

A pre-bid job walk will be held at 8:00 AM, Monday February 17th, 2025. All campuses will be a part of the job walk, beginning at Colorado River Collegiate Academy. Site Visits are recommended. These are active campuses and valid photo ID will be required for entry. Email estimating@americanconstructors.com with questions about the job walk.
The following campuses have catwalks, and equipment will be accessible during normal working hours and shall be completed by July 31, 2025:

The following campuses have equipment that will not be accessible during school operations, and will require work during spring and winter breaks and when school is out of session during the summer. Work at these campuses shall be completed by July 31, 2026:
