New ~179,346 sf middle school and a new ~126,770 sf elementary school for Georgetown ISD located on a shared site at the intersection of Patriot Way & Patriot View Parkway (near Toll 130) in Georgetown, TX. Pkg 01 Site & Offsite work includes most sitework trades ONLY, as well as offsite work for Phase A of the adjacent Patriot View Parkway collector road. Remaining site trades and all building trades will bid at a later date in Pkg 02.
Proposals are due Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 2:00 pm (CDT).
