American Constructors is the Construction Manager-at-Risk on the Jarrell ISD New Operations Center Pkg. 2: All Trades. The project is a new ~29,200 square foot, single story (+mezzanine) pre-engineered metal building with wash bay, vehicle maintenance bays, offices, and warehouse space located on the existing Jarrell High School campus. This package EXCLUDES work previously bid & awarded for the Pre-Engineered Metal Building.
NOTE: Data Cabling, AV Systems, Distributed Antenna System, Access Control, Video Surveillance, & Intrusion Alarm System, Vehicle Tracking & Communications, are OFOI and will not be part of bid.
