The Temple ISD High School Ag Barn Renovation Project, located at 811 31st Street, Temple, Texas 76501, includes the renovation of the existing Ag Barn, approximately 10,000 SF of renovations, and minor site renovations.
The Project includes renovations to two (2) existing pre-engineered metal buildings: North Barn (±7,200 SF) and South Barn (±2,800 SF). Interior work includes reconfiguration of animal spaces and storage areas, replacement of pens, gates, and wash bays, and updates to MEP systems. Exterior work includes new pipe fencing, new lighting, and drainage improvements.
