This annual list honors the top 250 general contractors for their outstanding achievements in quality, health and safety, quality and project excellence, establishing a national benchmark for top-performing construction companies across the country.
The rankings are determined by the number of hours worked on building projects in 2025, which is a direct quantitative measure to rate field activity, workforce engagement and the contractors’ capabilities. Through robust programs like STEP Health and Safety Management System, and Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC), this recognition demonstrates our team’s ongoing commitment to safety, leadership and delivering the highest quality product.
