Each spring, American Constructors sets aside a day to celebrate the heart of our company -- our people. For more than 15 years, our annual employee picnic has been a cherished tradition, and this year’s gathering at Shady Springs in Austin was no exception.
Team members and their families came together for laughter, connection and adventure during this year’s carnival-themed event. With face painting, cotton candy, a tug-of-war competition, field games, bingo, a custom ice cream bar and more, there was no shortage of fun for all ages. Local band Midnight Snack also rocked the stage, providing high-energy tunes serving as the perfect soundtrack to the day.
We’re grateful to everyone who helped organize the event and to those who came out to spend time with us. These moments outside of work remind us just how special this team is and why we value the work that we do together.
