Del Valle ISD recently awarded American Constructors two new child development center projects as a part of the district's ongoing campus expansions and improvements to accommodate growth in the area.
The first project, CDC South, is a 15,000 square-foot space serving up to 100 students on the site of the Smith Elementary School Replacement project.
The second project, CDC Central, is a 25,000 square-foot space serving up to 200 students adjacent to the district's administration building.
Both projects will be completed in partnership with Pfluger Architects.
Over the last decade, Del Valle ISD and American Constructors have partnered on more than 20 projects. Our team led 11 projects for the district’s 2015 Bond Program, which included the district's state-of-the-art and award-winning athletics facility and career and technical education innovation space.
Currently, our team is building the new Hornsby-Dunlap and Smith Elementary Schools as a part of the district's 2019 bond program. Both campuses were designed in partnership with Pfluger Architects, the district and local stakeholders to reflect the surrounding community, while bringing both schools to equitable education standards that support future-ready learning.
American Constructors is proud to partner with Del Valle ISD on these wonderful projects! We can't wait to see them take shape!
