What We Built

This 103,275-square-foot campus offers collaborative learning spaces with flexible seating, stunning natural light, bright colors, unique sensory walls and equipment, and vast outdoor learning and play areas.

How We Built It

Scheduling – Our team underwent intense coordination to build the new facility while keeping the original campus operational. Upon completion of the new building, our team demolished the original facility and created additional parking space for staff and visitors.

Value Engineering – Our team revised the facility’s pond design to contain piers, missing a watermain onsite. By doing so we found we were hitting water while drilling piers. We then drilled test piers near the building where we also hit water. From this discovery, we recommended a foundation switch from piers to spread footings, saving the owner a potential additional cost of $400k for casing of piers.
