Georgetown ISD recently selected American Constructors as the construction manager for the district’s fifth middle school.
The new school, which will be located near the intersection of Patriot Way and Toll 130, is slated to break ground in Fall 2024 and open to students in Fall 2026. This project will help meet growing demands of the eastern portion of the Georgetown school district.
In collaboration with Huckabee Architects, the design will be similar to Wagner Middle School and the new Benold Middle School, which will include a main academic building, tennis courts, a football field, an eight-lane track, and a concession stand with restrooms.
