On September 10, American Constructors gathered for our annual all-company meeting, AC Build. More than just a meeting, AC Build is a special opportunity to celebrate the people, projects and moments that make AC exceptional while connecting with colleagues across the company.
This year, we reflected on one of our core values: Excellence. Every day, our teams bring this value to life through their dedication, collaboration and commitment to delivering exceptional results across every project. During AC Build, we celebrated the outstanding work happening throughout the company and recognized the people who make it possible.
But what does excellence look like in action? Sometimes, the best answer comes from the people we work with every day. Our clients and trade partners offer a valuable perspective on what sets American Constructors apart. Watch our latest video featuring testimonials from district partners and subcontractors as they share their experiences working with our team.
Following the meeting, we enjoyed a happy hour, taking time to catch up with colleagues and strengthen connections across departments.
AC Build is a reminder that our success is built on more than the structures we create. It’s built on our people, our partnerships and our shared commitment to excellence. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating another year of outstanding work. Here’s to continuing to build exceptional projects and lasting relationships across Central Texas!
