American Constructors is proud to be awarded Liberty Hill ISD’s new Elementary School #8 project, which will be located in the Lariat neighborhood of northeast Liberty Hill. This 120,000 sq. ft. campus will help meet growing demands within the district.
In collaboration with VLK Architects and funded by the 2023 Bond, American Constructors will construct a new $45 million campus, which is slated to begin construction fall 2024 and open to students and staff for the 2026-27 school year.
Design features will incorporate modern learning spaces to accommodate the needs of today’s students and will potentially expand beyond the district’s standard elementary school capacity of 800 to 1,200.
