Superintendent Lorenzo Somohano has been with American Constructors for four years since he was recruited at an internship fair his sophomore year at University of Texas.
We sat down with Lorenzo to chat about life at American Constructors, his advice on a career in construction for those just starting out, and his passions outside of work.
On his relationships with his colleagues, Lorenzo said, “This company is built on the people who work here – American is a large company, but it feels small in that it is very connected.”
