Career Path
Mickey’s unique career path took her from working overseas in Kuwait, to eventually landing in the construction industry. Her diverse experiences have provided her with the skills to tackle any project, each with its own unique set of challenges and surprises.

Life at American Constructors
The Chaparral High School project holds a special place in Mickey’s heart, a school that opened a world of new opportunities for Killeen ISD students. In the video below, Mickey also shares some of her American Constructors memories, from events like the annual company picnic and Christmas party, to simply the warm and welcoming company culture.
Outside of Work
When Mickey’s not out in the field or juggling change orders at the office, she enjoys diving into a good book, gardening and spending quality time with her family. Plus, she’s started a fun new collection with her daughter – check it out!
