Focusing on increasing affordable primary care services in underserved communities, the Health Resources and Services Administration funded the Lone Star Circle of Care’s first ground-up construction project through a grant.
The client selected the design-build delivery method to help guide the community health center through the process. The team held extensive charrettes and design meetings to acquire input from numerous doctors and end-users before starting the build.
