American Constructors proudly celebrates the completion of Texell Credit Union’s new headquarters in Temple, TX. On August 13th, we joined Texell, project partners, and the Temple community to commemorate this significant milestone with an unforgettable grand opening event.
The celebration included an official ribbon-cutting, refreshments, tours of the building, and a lively meet-and-greet session where attendees had the chance to socialize and network. Tour guests enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at Texell’s operations, including an exclusive peek into the inner workings of their ATM systems, and the event concluded with the burial of a time capsule to preserve the memories of this special day.
The impressive 45,000+ square-foot headquarters showcases a modern design, with expansive glass windows, high-end interior finishes, and striking exterior stone accents. Purposefully designed with future growth in mind, the building spans three floors and includes state-of-the-art facilities such as 176 offices and workstations, six conference rooms, two training rooms, a staff dining area, and a fitness center to accommodate more than 200 employees. Local art enhances the building's atmosphere, while Texell’s rich history is proudly displayed on the walls of the training room.
This project marks a significant chapter in Texell’s nearly 75-year legacy of serving the Central Texas community since their founding in Temple in 1948. Every detail of the building reflects American Constructors and Texell’s shared commitment to excellence in the Temple community.
