On April 9, the American Constructors team attended the Society for Marketing Professional Services Austin Awards Ceremony, SMPS City Limits, where we were proudly recognized for the best video category!
“Celebrate the Wins. Ignite What’s Next.” is a cinematic year-end video celebrating our achievements in 2025 while energizing our employees for what’s to come. Inspired by the idea of a coach motivating their team before a big win, the video focuses on highlighting our people instead of the traditional, statistic-driven highlight reel.
The storyboarding process prioritized intentional visuals of employees across the field and office, minimal text and longer visual holds to let moments breathe and speak for themselves. A single voiceover was selected to unify the message and speak for the company as a whole. These visuals reinforce that success is built through people first.
Production planning took several months and unfolded after gathering feedback and engagement before filming even began. We premiered the video at our annual Christmas party in December 2025.
The Marketing Communications Awards recognizes excellence in marketing communications produced by professional services firms in the architecture, engineering and construction industries. The program provides an opportunity for professionals to showcase their best marketing practices and to educate the industry about the critical role of marketing in a successful firm.
