For more than two decades, our recruiters have attended college job fairs across the country in search of future leaders in construction to join the American Constructors internship program. Today, we are excited to announce and welcome 11 students from 8 different universities joining our team this summer. With a wide range of majors from civil, architectural, and mechanical engineering, to construction science and business management, our interns will spend 10 weeks at American Constructors, immersing themselves in hands-on experience.
We provide a curated, all-encompassing program that allows each student to gain the specific skills and experience they need to succeed in the construction industry. Interns will be assigned a job site for a unique real-world experience and partnered with a mentor for one-on-one guidance to help track their growth and identify learning opportunities that best benefit their individual long-term career goals.
More than an internship program, we consider this an opportunity to mentor the innovators of tomorrow. We look forward to the relationships we will build this summer.
